FAQ
What size of engagement do you typically take on?
We take on a deliberate number of engagements each year, ranging from focused projects to multi-quarter retainers. We're best suited to work that has real consequences for the business.
Will you work with an existing brand?
Often. Many of our engagements begin with a brand that has a foundation but needs to scale, evolve, or reposition. We're equally happy designing from a clean sheet or building on what's already there.
What does a typical timeline look like?
Most engagements run 6 to 16 weeks, depending on scope. We define milestones at the start of every engagement and don't move them.
What happens after I get in touch?
We respond within 48 hours. If the work looks like a fit, we schedule a call to walk through scope, ambition, and timeline before any proposal.
I'm not sure what I need yet - is that a problem?
No. Most of our best engagements start with a real business question and an unfinished brief. We help shape both.
